All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

No exchanges unless the item to be exchanged is in NEW condition and the size/item you wish to exchange for is available. If not, a store credit can be given.

Shipping for any items to be exchanged or redelivered is to be paid for by the customer.

If there is an issue with your order (ex. damaged product) please contact us by email. If the issue is on our end, shipping and redelivery fees will be provided by the Noru Art team.
